Biography / CVMy first commission of quality and size was given me in 1964 by Col Sire William Crawshay, since then figurative and non figurative work has given me equal opportunty to explore many different materials and methods of fabricating sculpture
Artist StatementThe above lists indicate a variety of commissions and my involvement over the last 10/15 years. Although generally thought of as a CE Direct Carver. I have selected images which hopefully illustrates a wider interest in materials suitable for differing environments. Size, sculptural language and communication through visual and tactile identity all have fascination which I enjoy sharing with the general public. Currently I am finishing a Memorial to Ivor Novello a 1.5x life size seated bronze on a granity plinth for Cardiff Bay. Two years of enjnoyable work.
