Artist StatementPeter Nicholas's Personal StatementThe above lists indicate a variety of commissions and my involvement over the last 10/15 years. Although generally thought of as a CE Direct Carver. I have selected images which hopefully illustrates a wider interest in materials suitable for differing environments. Size, sculptural language and communication through visual and tactile identity all have fascination which I enjoy sharing with the general public. Currently I am finishing a Memorial to Ivor Novello a 1.5x life size seated bronze on a granity plinth for Cardiff Bay. Two years of enjnoyable work. | |||||||||||
